The Club de Algoritmia de la Universidad de Sevilla (CAUS) is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment for mastering competitive programming and algorithmic problem-solving. Founded by students from the Computer Engineering and Mathematics departments, it has grown into a cross-faculty community focused on technical excellence and professional preparation.

  • Technical Training: organized weekly workshops focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), utilizing platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank to prepare members for high-level competitions and FAANG-style technical interviews.
  • Event Management: co-organized the CompliCAUS internal coding contests and facilitated participation in prestigious tournaments such as the Ada Byron University Programming Contest and Advent of Code.
  • Industry Connection: bridged the gap between academia and the professional world by hosting tech talks featuring industry experts, alumni, and researchers.
